Our sprawling 58,000 sq. ft fitness facility makes it one of the largest exercise facilities in the area equipped with state-of-the-art machines as well as the largest selection of free weights in Vero Beach and along the Treasure Coast. Vero Fitness has the feel of a resort with 2 Pools, Hot Tub, Saunas, Tennis Courts, and an abundance of sun loungers. A varied Group Fitness Class Program featuring over 100 classes per week. Our Powerlifting Gym is equipped with calibrated plates, deadlift platforms, benches, and squat racks. We also offer recovery services, including cold plunges and a red light therapy bed.
