  The course is very well maintained, friendly/helpful staff, and really nice facilities/food and drink options. The reason I give 3 stars is you can tell they cut corners in the course design and prioritized expanding housing instead of developing out the golf course. This is shown in the incredibly thin/oddly designed tee shots and the numerous dog leg fairways that turn strictly due to housing expansion. Something else that was annoying was having the ranger come by and tell us we were behind pace when we weren’t. We were slowed up by the group in front of us and once we have good space we played at a good pace of play. He was friendly but annoying being told several times you are behind pace when you aren’t.

  Really nice couse,practice range. Every aspect is excellent. They even monitor the golf cart fuel and location. My cart was down to 8% fuel. I didn't know it . The staff came out with a new cart and took the other cart back. Nice surprise

  Really don't have to leave unless you need or want. Lots to do, large pool with Teki Bar, good food, plus 2 smaller pools. Workout gym, sauna and more. Bike and walking trails. A's training camp and field, good restaurants in Welen Park.
