I was lost on foot and my phone was dead alongside it being literally 100 degrees outside in the dead of a hot Florida day. After having walked for some time, I went inside to Trek Bikes about to collapse from heat exhaustion. Their staff went out of their way to ask me if I was ok, offer me to use their restroom, and graciously offered me an ice cold LaCroix which I'm nearly certain saved my life. This is of course not what this or why any business exists, but rather it shows how thoughtful and empathetic their company is and how somebody like me who was experiencing a heat emergency, was still seen as human by the Trek Bikes staff. They then let me cool down until I was ready to leave and then finally let me use their phone to schedule a cab to take me the rest of the way of where I was going safely. If that's not a positive reflection of the type of cloth these people are cut from, I don't know what is. I will never forget their help and thoughtful care so much so that two days later I felt compelled to write this as a testimonial to anyone out there on the fence about frequenting this business as well as a sincere and heartfelt thank you to all the employees that saved my life during that hot summer day!
