  Kids love this place! Fantastic staff and the facility is super clean. Their summer camp programs are amazing.

  Mr Rory is very helpful. He helped me and my brother work on our technique and gave us friendly advice. Super personable and a great young man raised by good people. Central Rock Gym is lucky to have him! Thank you so much Rory.

  My partner and I unfortunately had an extremely uncomfortable encounter with one staff member during my first (and sadly last) visit. My partner has been in the sauna with his trans friend before and it was never an issue; however, it's always polite and safe to check in whatever new space I'm entering so I asked someone at the front desk if it was okay for me to use the men's sauna to which he replied yes. Ten or so minutes into using the sauna I am approached by someone in a red "Krabby Patty" shirt who asks me if I'm aware this is the men's room to which I reply "yes, I asked an employee for permission." He then proceeds to ask me if I am a girl to which I respond "I am not comfortable answering this question." He then misgenders me and tells me to leave, claiming he is a worker (in no uniform). A few minutes later he comes back saying he spoke to the owner and I must leave now. I step out and ask yet another staff member in uniform if it's okay that I'm in there to which he responds "I mean, are you hurting anyone?" We tell him everything that just happened and he agrees "We've always let people go where they're comfortable but you can ask our GM." We asked the GM, and she said "As of now, Women must use Women's and Men must use Men's" To which I responded "You have an advertisement here for women and nonbinary days... if I came on this day, which bathroom can I use?" to which she said "There isn't one." We're not ones to cause trouble nor make scenes so we promptly left and apologized, assuring them we would not have done it if not multiple staff members kindly permitting us to do so. We can see where certain groups are not welcome so you can rest assured this will no longer be a problem for us or any of our other queer friends and colleagues.

  Good place for rock climbing. They have a lot of things to do, including exercise equipment. They supply equipment. The membership is fair. Everyone from guests to employees is helpful. They regularly change their routes.

  Think climbing is easy. Followed my son's there and he proved me wrong. It's like swimming in the way it works out muscles
