  This is a very nice bowling and they have a arcade I love coming to this bowling alley and they have really good service and their food and their bowling Alley is good

  Took my boys, great vivid environment. They had an awesome time!!! Have a large variety of arcade games and pool tables in addition to bowling lanes. However, services takes very long.

  This place is horrible and the manager is incredibly rude and disrespectful as well as my server on lane 31 she was a girl and she forced me to give her a tip, despite her being rude and when we asked her for help she told us we messed everything up and that we don’t know how to do anything and she was rushing us to order. The manager was so rude as well and when we asked him questions he talked to us with a horrible disrespectful tone and attitude as well as this place being incredibly overpriced and the lemonade taste like straight water. The girl that served me had dark brown blackish straight long hair, chubby, with light eyes. I honestly began to think she might have been racist because of the amount of disgust she had towards me when she spoke to be and how dismissive she was when we asked for help. It was our first time bowling and thy didn’t even explain the procedures or anything. Very disappointing and incredibly unacceptable and unprofessional this place needs new workers with good customer service especially because the server when it came to the tip said this tip is for me only for so you better leave a good one and proceed to watch as i put the tip incredibly disrespectful im appalled.

  I’m extremely disappointed with this experience, especially because I was the one who recommended this bowling center to my daughter. Unfortunately, what should have been a fun afternoon turned into a very unpleasant and humiliating experience for her and her friend. They were treated disrespectfully from the moment they arrived. The manager was rude and insisted, in an unnecessarily aggressive manner, that they show their credit card and ID, as if they were there with the intention of not paying. They were willing to pay and had done absolutely nothing wrong to deserve that kind of treatment. Unfortunately, the server’s behavior was also unacceptable. She treated them poorly throughout the entire experience and even pressured them into leaving a tip, despite the service being disrespectful and completely undeserving of one. We do not know her name, but she was working Sunday afternoon at table 31. I sincerely hope management takes the time to identify what happened and speaks with the employees involved. It is very disappointing when young people who are respectful, well-mannered, and simply trying to enjoy an afternoon are treated this way. Whatever challenges your staff may deal with on a daily basis, customers should never be made to feel humiliated or disrespected because of them. This was an extremely unpleasant experience, and I regret recommending this place. Management should seriously reconsider how customers are being treated and provide better training in basic customer service, respect, and professionalism.i have to put one star review but they don’t deserve anything.

  I love the location. Not too far from home. However, the air conditioning is so strong in the building that all my bowling balls were going into the gutter. I can’t believe how low My score was. This is unacceptable! Bowlero needs to do better to make sure I get my mandatory strikes! 🫣
