Im upset that I even have to give them a 1 star because they dont deserve it. Today just like most of the summer days and the past few summers my children and I went bowling with the summer pass we purchased months in advanced. One of the main reasons we did so was to avoid the extrem heat that we have in south Florida during the summer months. Today just like every time we do go bowling we bring our water bottles to keep hydrated and healthy during an activity like bowling. Today for the first time we were told that we couldn't have our water bottles and needed to take them to the car to sit in the heat. We were offered tap water or to buy overpriced water from them. When I tried to explain to the manager that I am a single father of 2 young woman that I am trying to raise to be mindful of their bodies the thought of us not being able to drink our own filtered water was ridiculous. She then tried to say the reason we cant have a clear water bottle was because people may bring alcohol and I couldn't believe she would say something of that magnitude to my face. I do hope someone from the company actually looks at these can can make changes because you just lost a customer from myself and anyone else I know. In the world today with social media influence such a big deal they are lucky I dont normally post or I would let the rest of the world know how unbelievable this interaction was on a monday afternoon at a bowling alley.

Bowlero as a company is great for I have gone to different Bowlero locations and have has some great experiences. Unfortunately the management here is overbearing . Was attending a event with my kids and walked in with a probiotic drink I was finishing . Was told that I needed to leave the drink outside which is fine , left the drink for a moment at the table to get my kids situated when the manager comes again harassing me that security has been requested because I did not take the almost empty drink out immediately. This is unacceptable at all levels. Embarrassing that management could not wait 2 minutes for me to get my kids situated in the group . Will never come back to this location again
