When my husband got off the phone and told me, Adam said the girls can come and go in the swamp to get video, I was skeptical. But, we had a great time! Definitely got the Swamp/ Bayou vibe and we laugh at the video commentary that the girls had. The hunt was great and Adam was a fantastic Gator Hunter! You really should sell those shirts! Frequently Asked Questions About Bullgator Bayou
Can I bring my own gear, weapons, and hunting equipment?
We supply a suppressed 17ADMR, which is the optimal weapon for our hunts. If you'd like to use your own equipment, please contact us prior to your hunt to discuss. Any personal weapons brought must be suppressed.
Who provides the license and tag?
Bullgator Bayou supplies all necessary licenses and tags for your hunt. The tags are issued through CITES, Commerce and Threatened Endangered Species, which tracks alligator hides for regulatory purposes.
What happens after I kill the gator?
Adam will transport you and your gator to the taxidermist and processor. You'll observe the entire after-care process for your trophy and have the opportunity to make choices regarding alligator products.
Can I bowhunt for my gator?
We don't advise bowhunting because these hunts require point blank shots. The rifle we supply is far more practical for the capture process involved in alligator hunting.
