  Trek sent us away! We brought our ebike into Trek Seminole to have work done that was very similar to work Trek completed before. We were given excuses and they told us no. All we wanted to get done was a tire change and some break work. In my opinion they should set a standard, and not pick and choose what they find a little difficult. I expected better from Trek mechanics... We went to our normal shop called BikeWays in Largo. We were greeted with a smile and acceptance. The ebike was ready for pick-up next day.

  Highly recommend this bike shop. As long as they are in business they will be the only bike shop i will go to. Would give more than 5 stars if I could. Quality and trustworthy work is what you can expect with them.

  Keith, the manager, was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, honest, and resourceful. My vintage 1990s Cannondale bike had been sitting in a metal storage container through the summer heat for more than six years, so it needed a lot of care and attention. Keith took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and never tried to upsell me or recommend unnecessary repairs. The quality of the work was top-notch, and the cleaning service I paid for was excellent—my Cannondale looked fantastic when I picked it up and rides better than ever. I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Seminole to any biker looking for honest, professional, and high-quality service.

  First time bike purchaser. This team was EPIC. Walked me through all the in's and out's of cycling. They listened to what I was trying to accomplish, and helped kit me out for that. Not the push for a more expensive anything. They wanted me to get what I needed to enjoy the sport and continue to pursue the goals I have set for myself. I've been in sales/customer service for 25+ years, and this team does it right. Get me what I need, not what creates the biggest sale of the week. Building community involvement will pay dividends over a one time large sale. Could not be more stoked to be on my new Trek Madone. 10/10 will be back! Thanks Seminole Team. Keep it up on two.
