- BJBrooke JohnsonOct 6, 20265.0Taylor was absolutely wonderful and made my experience at REI so much easier! I was looking for a backpack for an upcoming trip that would fit under an airplane seat, had a side pocket for a water bottle, and included a waist strap. Taylor took the time to understand exactly what I needed and helped me find the perfect backpack. She also helped me find a great sling bag for my trip, pointed out some items that were on clearance, and answered every question I had along the way. I never felt rushed, and she was genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you, Taylor, for going above and beyond! Your customer service made a big difference, and I really appreciate all your help. REI is lucky to have you!

- KHKallistas HuntAug 5, 20265.0MICAH was so helpful, he helped us for over an hour find the perfect backpack for a 3 day hiking trip. He was so calm, in no rush and truly wanted to help us find the perfect product, definitely will be purchasing here again!!! He also 100% deserves a pay increase, or atleast some recognition for his hospitality. Thanks MICAH!
