This place is a great Vibe, clean and the Staff is friendly including the manager Marty, She greets people as they are coming and going and quite helpful, They even have servers checking regularly to see if you need anything, also a myriad of events and specials going on regularly with something for everyone. Good Stuff!

Murray provided us with absolutely exceptional service! He was incredibly kind, attentive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. He truly went above and beyond and made our bowling experience even more enjoyable. Employees like Murray make a huge difference and are the reason customers want to return. He deserves recognition for his outstanding service!

I haven’t bowled on a league in quite awhile but I do know this alley was disappointing. The people on the league were such a fun group but the bowling alleys were always breaking down and management expected us to wait until they fixed the lane causing us to get done late until the night. What I can’t believe is that management doesn’t offer any lanes to switch to unless we pay extra for that service? Never mind we contributed to your bar, shoe rental, restaurant and employees tips every week. You just snub your weekly customers and screwed us out of bowling and our standings. You had open lanes you could move us to. It was our last game this week and we didn’t get to bowl! What’s the point of having a league at your alley!

I have never been so disappointed. For one year I have enjoyed trying to bowl on a league at Bowlero Gulf Gate. I am retired and carefully watch each penny I spend. Tonight, our lane wasn’t working. We gave them 50 minutes to fix it and they were not able to. In addition, this was a league night and they had no other place to move us. Members of my team and the opposing team reported the problem to the front desk. They sent someone to try to fix it. The president of our league spoke to them and still nothing. Had I been the manager, after waiting for 50 minutes I would have done something to try to ease the tension between the groups. Maybe offer drinks or snacks or even free games for a future night. NOTHING. I don’t enjoy spending my limited income at a recreation establishment that doesn’t live up to their end of the deal, providing me with a lane that works. This has happened to me a few times. Bowlero GulfGate needs attention to the operation of the lanes.

Very disappointing experience. We came for a family afternoon of bowling to celebrate a birthday and left wishing we had gone somewhere else. The staff was unfriendly and slow throughout our visit. The most shocking moment was watching a young employee at the front counter yell profanities at a supervisor before storming out—all in front of our kids. That alone was enough to make us question the management of the facility. The bartender also spent more time complaining to a coworker about being stuck behind the bar and not making enough money than helping guests, which didn’t create a welcoming atmosphere. Our lane’s bowling lights weren’t working, so the only lighting came from the TVs overhead. Unfortunately, they repeatedly played inappropriate music videos on a Sunday afternoon. My 9-year-old son was visibly uncomfortable, and that’s not what you’d expect from a place marketed as family entertainment. To top it off, there was barely enough seating, and our family wasn’t even seated together near our assigned lane. The one positive? We’re glad we decided not to eat there. We ended up going to Shaner’s Pizza afterward, and it completely turned our day around. Bowlero has the potential to be a great family destination, but based on our experience, it has a lot of work to do when it comes to customer service, professionalism, and creating a truly family-friendly environment.
