From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and an incredibly welcoming attitude that immediately made me feel comfortable. I haven't been bowling since I was a kid, so I honestly had no idea how everything worked anymore. Instead of making me feel rushed or like I was asking too many questions, Gabby took the time to patiently explain the entire process. She walked me through getting a lane, the shoe rental, how the games worked, and even took the time to explain all of the different specials and promotions they were offering so I could get the best value. Her knowledge made everything so much easier to understand. What really stood out to me, though, was her amazing personality. Gabby is incredibly down to earth, friendly, and easy to talk to. She has the kind of customer service that you don't come across very often anymore. She genuinely seemed to enjoy helping people, and it showed in every interaction. She made me feel like a valued guest instead of just another customer coming through the line. It's employees like Gabby who turn a fun night out into an exceptional experience. Her patience, professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond made my visit memorable, and she's a big reason I'll definitely be coming back. I hope her manager recognizes what an outstanding job she does because she's a fantastic representative of Bowlero and the kind of employee every business would be lucky to have. - TWTravis WilfeardJun 25, 20265.0I had an absolute blast with my coworkers! The place was packed but there's like 40lanes so there was no wait, 20 bucks shoes included, all you can bowl!! Drinks were good and reasonable, the food was the best I've had ANYWHERE in a long time!! I'm not big on wings, I stole 4 of my buddy's!! They were incredible!! I got a Buffalo chicken sandwich, absolutely perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned, great bun, just delicious!! Oh, drinks were also BOGO, and I didn't have to take both at once,the waitress found me right as I finished the first to ask if I'd like my second free one! The staff was attentive and very friendly!! The only complaint I have is the shoes need to have the soles cleaned, they had some wax on the bottom and were a little sticky, but I can't remember the last time I didn't have sticky shoes bowling, I really ought to buy a pair. Loved it!! Will absolutely be back!! And plenty of good balls too! And I have big fingers!

The lady at the front desk stated we had to have a card on file no matter what because of the shoes so we wouldn’t walk out. We gave them the card and said we would be splitting the unlimited with our group when we leave and they said no problem. At closing we went to pay and they charged us for the normal prices and charged per game (which we never would’ve played all those games if we knew) and said we never needed a card on file and that they can’t even do a refund or change it at this point.it was $45 extra dollars for all of us just because they put it in the system incorrectly and refused to fix the problem.
