Also, our game shut down 5 minutes before 11pm which is when they close. Other lanes were still able to play. We had 2 hours to play but didn't get even close to our full time. Also bumpers had to stay up for whole game and not per player. Very outdated. Very disappointed. Groupon was cheap but not worth it. I won't be coming back. 😞

When I got there, I was told they had leagues going on and the only lane available was from 4 PM to 5 PM. The worst part was that I had already prepaid and they refused to give me a refund, even though I was given the wrong information over the phone. The employee I spoke with was very rude and had a cigarette while talking to me, blowing smoke in my face during the conversation. Instead of trying to help, he had a nasty attitude and acted like the situation was my problem. Overall, a very frustrating experience. Poor customer service, poor communication, and no effort to make things right. I would not recommend this location.
- AAAngieJun 9, 20261.0Unprofessional and unhelpful staff. This is the second time we've driven 30 minutes to bowl here and every single lane has been full. We entered around 1pm and there were no lanes avaliable due to camp kids taking up 70% of the lanes, and the rest filled with people who had an "unlimited play pass" so we put our name on the waitlist and they said they would give us a call. We figured it would take a while for the call so we decided to run an errand a few minutes away instead of sitting in the car wasying time. When we were in the middle of a line to drop off a return to the post office we recieved the call that there was a lane open. The lady on the phone was extremely combative and unhelpful stating "if you can't come I have to take you off the waitlist and put you back on when you come back in person". We asked if the next person on the waitlist could go first and we could move down one and she restated the exact same thing just more angry. Why should we have to go back IN PERSON for her to do such a simple task after she was so rude to us in the first place. Moving us down one person only benefits the person after us and doesnt affect anyone in the waitlist below. It was completely unprofessional that she was catching an attitude and I am very disappointed with my experience here.
