  Arcade was okay and Is not the reason for the low star review. Primarily came here to skate with my kids. The skates are very poorly maintained and I had to swap skates one time due to the condition of one of the skates in the original pair I received. The worker seemed very annoyed with me swapping skates even though I maintained a positive attitude. I’m a very polite person and told every worker I encountered thank you and to have a nice night before leaving the skating area, but the workers in the skating area make it obvious they hate their job and maintained their poor attitudes no matter how nice I was during our short encounters. The skate counter wasn’t busy at the time either or else I would understand a little bit more.

  While we enjoyed taking our grandchildren, the bowling has gone way down hill from what it used to be like. The first hour we bowled a game , paid for a second hour, lost our game half way through to a glitch, they couldn’t bring back, started another game that we couldn’t finish due to our hour being up. We got 2 bottled ice teas, a lemonade, & a beer. In total 109$ Very disappointing to say the least!! Almost two games for 84$, and drinks for 4 -30$ . Our youngest grandchild’s ball got stuck in the alley and wouldn’t come back, we told the girl and she reset the score board but it didn’t help. We were in the last frame down to the last 2 players and we were cut off because our hour was up. We are locals not tourists and much preferred paying for bowling by the game rather than by the hour. We won’t be patronising Rocket Lanes again.

  Disappointing. Do not ask the staff for anything. They will not work with you. I was there with my family, and we were close to the end of our one game of bowling. The staff would not allow us to finish the game with only one frame left. Very disappointed experience.

  The end of a tradition of over 20 years has ended because Rock’it Lanes now has strings attached to the pins. This explains why this summer it is so easy to get a lane. We almost walked out but my sons and I tried two games each. It was a very bad experience because we are competitive bowlers and I didn’t go to the bowling alley to see a puppet show. The thing is, the lane reset sweeper is no longer needed, but now a sweeper comes down and blocks your view so you can’t see that the pins are attached to strings.

  I see my review got removed so I'm posting again. I'll continue to post any time I see it removed. I used to take my son skating here all the time. On his birthday 7 years ago, his femur got snapped in half due to a freak accident. An employee skates over not to ask if my child was ok, but to scream in my face to move him and that I can't sue because I signed a waiver. First of all, suing wasn't even on my mind in that moment. Secondly, a sign in sheet is NOT a waiver! This employee continued to scream and forced me to move my child with his bone STICKING OUT OF HIS LEG! Not a single employee showed an ounce of care or compassion. They allowed groups of people to try and record my child getting his pants cut off by paramedics. When I called to speak with management, they never returned my calls. My son was in a wheelchair for at least a year and had to learn how to walk all over again. Did they care? Absolutely not. All they cared about was their pockets. To this day I still discourage anyone from going here. They don't care about the people coming in at all. They just care about getting your money. It wasn't until he was being taken out on a stretcher that that same crappy employee offered him a Popsicle...a Popsicle... As if he couldn't have been any more insulting about the situation.
