- LILavender InspirationJul 1, 20262.0Great selection on top-brand outdoor sporting goods. However, I went there recently two days in a row to look at and to purchase a paddle board on manufacturer’s sale. The first day, no one greeted us or approached us asking if we needed help. The store was relatively empty of customers, so this wasn’t because they were all helping other customers. We returned the next day (after doing some more independent research at home). This time we were greeted by a cashier when we walked in and asked if we were looking for anything in particular. We mentioned paddle boards and walked over to the area. We were hoping she would have called a floor employee in that department to check on us. Since this is a large purchase, having some interaction with a member of the (hopefully) knowledgeable sales team would have been appreciated. But, help never arrived. We purchased the board and did not sign up for their membership program because of the poor (or lacking) customer service, since this was a direct impact on us likely never shopping there again.

She took the time to answer my questions, made sure everything was handled smoothly, and made me feel valued as a customer. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. I would definitely recommend this location because of the great service Nicole provided.

He was great with my daughter and with us getting the right shoe sizes and getting us out the door quickly. He was dealing with multiple groups and handled it great. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and welcoming.
