  The customer service Scott provided yesterday was exceptional. I’m a new cyclist and he helped install cleats in my shoes, and gave me some very helpful tips. I really appreciate the time he took with me!

  I called orange cycle for some axle parts i needed, the guy there didn't help me because they were bontrager wheels and wouldn't mention there was a trek store down the street that could help me with my wheels. I googled trek stores and i found this one close to me. The Team got the parts i needed to put my 14mm aeolus wheels on my 5mm trek 2100. I will never go to another bike store after that. I love trek, college Park!

  Dustin was very friendly and professional - the replacement part was at the shop, fair-priced and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes.

  Had a tube changed for $30. It went flat after 1 ride. Went back, paid another $30 to change the tube a second time, drove the bike home in my suv and the tube was flat when I got hone ( I didn’t even ride the bike once). Went back a third time. They informed me they found a hole in the tube and wouldn’t refund me the cost even though I didn’t even use the bike. I’ve purchased at least 2 new bikes from this place over the years. They seem to not be aware of a customer first mentality. Won’t ever go back again and I don’t recommend anyone go there.

  Employees went above and beyond my expectations! When they didn’t have my size in stock, they made sure they found it and sent it to me. 😊
