- VCVito CrishJun 22, 20261.0Stuck up owner wouldn’t give me a TUBE CHANGE because the wheel is from an electric bike. Same mountain bike rim, tube, tire and all as any other bike, instead upon hearing its a ebike gets mad, speaks rudely and slams the phone hanging up and refusing service….Would give No stars if possible, get with the times or get over whatever grudge u got dude, e-bikes are the majority of ur future customers soo..

Needed the neck for my bike that the handle bars go into .they were very helpful went right to looking for the product that I needed .they had it in stock. I was surprised. I thought for sure that it would have to be ordered. But no they had it.i didn't bring money so I had to run to the bank .they were gracious enough to wait for me to go to the bank and come back for the part I needed. They were really nice and made sure I knew how it had to be put together. It's together and works great love my bike. I highly recommend this great store for your parts and of course your next new or used bike.
