So you can understand why I needed it fixed immediately. I initially didn't express that to Sean as to not show him my "panic mode" that I was in. After being at the mercy of the distributors, I cracked. That's when the entire team- Roger, Nate, Sean and Julio picked up my cart, fixed my cart and delivered it back to me within HOURS!!!
