Jason from the snack bar was the greatest employee that I've ever personally have had the pleasure to encounter. He was very "attentive" kind "funny" can watch my children, and is tall and most likey handsome. I do have a crush! 5 Stars.

We took our grandchildren here for a treat to bowl. Our lane kept "freezing up" not returning our bowling balls or resetting the pins. It happened 3 times in the 1 game that we played.!! Because of that we didn't play a second game. It was too frustrating for the grandchildren. I told the people working at the desk when we left. They didn't apologize or give us credit. I feel like they should have either offered a discount on that game or another one for us to come back. They did nothing...

I had a great experience. We just recently moved here and saw they had an event. A free game, dj, and 10 usd credit for the arcade. They also had a face painter and a balloon maker too. What I didn't like about the event was the dj. It was so loud. I wear hearing aids and I had to take them out and it was so difficult to understand my wife with the music blasting. It was just too much and overwhelming. We did order some fried food and mozzarella bites. They never arrived after 30 minutes so I had to go to a waitress to get it. While the event was happening they were giving away free samples such as pretzels and mini cord dog nuggets. All very yummy. We will be back especially if there isn't a dj because my son had so much fun time boiling.

charged me for bowling shoes after they never offered them to me. I wore my own sneakers and when i went to pay after the game he argued with me for 5 min about having to pay for shoes that i never received. Then proceeded to not charge the people after me for the shoes they never got. Worker with long hair and glasses. Everyone else was nice but wth 🤷🏼‍♀️

The customer service is great whenever I've been here, just surprised the name has changed from Bowlero to Lucky Strike..
