    Had an awesome time at Bowlero in Lakeland. The lanes were clean, the atmosphere was lively, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Kevin provided outstanding service—friendly, fast, and on top of every detail, from getting our lane set up to checking in on us just the right amount. Marcy, the manager, was incredibly welcoming and set a great tone for the whole visit. Between the attentive staff, good music, and solid food and drinks, it made for an easy, fun outing. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back.

    We visited as a family—my wife, my one-and-a-half-year-old son, and me—and what used to be an affordable family night out turned into a $120 evening. To make matters worse, they charged full price for my toddler, even though he’s far too young to actually bowl. The pricing also feels misleading. You’re not made aware of the true cost until after you’ve already started, so it’s not like you have the opportunity to decide it’s not worth it and leave beforehand. The food was disappointing, and both my wife and I felt sick afterward, which made an already expensive night even worse. The one bright spot was the customer service. The staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely did a great job. Unfortunately, that’s like dipping a turd in gold—it might make one part shine, but it doesn’t change the overall experience. The facility still feels like an old bowling alley with a cosmetic remodel. The bathrooms looked like something out of a rundown dive bar, and the overall atmosphere doesn’t come close to matching the premium prices they’re charging. I’d recommend looking at other bowling alleys in the area or even driving a little farther for a better overall experience. We definitely won’t be returning to this location.

    The first time he came with our family we had to pay full price for our one year-old and two year-old ridiculously expensive. The second time we came, the older lady out front is rude for no reason

    My kids and I took my husband here yesterday for Father’s Day and it was a complete letdown! It looks nothing like the pictures displayed on their website and just felt so dirty and rundown. The shoes were cracked and worn out with dirty shoestrings. I had to get a different size just to get a newer looking pair. It was literally $85 for 4 of us and $15 for one drink and a small order of mozzarella bites. But that wasn’t even the worst part! Out of all the lanes in this place, ours was the only one that kept breaking down. They literally had to reset it 6 times while we were there!!! No apology or offer of a discount of any kind. It was a horrible experience and we will never visit this place again.

    We had a large group party for kids and parents. Service from Kevin was outstanding!!. Kevin worked non stop making sure we had everything we need the entire night. Thank you Kevin for the great service. We will definitely be back.
