  It's just like other courses, with some Mickey ears sand trap, nothing special. We have to wait 10 minutes at every hole until the 18th hole. We almost get hit on the head because they can't wait for us to get on the green. We have to wait, like them. Overpriced. We are disappointed 🙁

  Coming in from out of town I called the course beforehand to ask about women’s locker room and showers and I was told yes they have a locker room with lockers and showers. But the truth is although there are lockers hung on the wall they are all locked and there are no keys! So useless lockers. As for the showers, the women’s shower had no hot water (tried the handle in both directions and let it run for minutes) so really only cold showers. The pro shop bathrooms were out of order! For a Disney destination - very disappointed in facilities. However, outside of there being inoperable bathrooms, cold showers and no place to lock up your valuables but in your car, the staff that handled bags and carts were awesome and I really appreciated their efforts. Wish I could say the same about the pro shop staff who were bothered to be asked questions rather than happy to answer. The course was in good condition

  This is quite an unfortunate review to write. Sadly, this is not the first disappointing experience my family and I have had here. Considering this is Disney, we expected a much higher level of professionalism, communication, and customer service, but our experience was the complete opposite. After waiting nearly 3 hours due to weather delays, we finally completed payment and were given the approval to proceed and tee off. Moments later, we were approached and informed that the course was suddenly being closed. What made the situation even more frustrating was overhearing what appeared to be a supervisor say, “Only 3 people are going to play?” before making a phone call. Shortly after, the course was closed around 5:30 PM, despite the rain already having stopped. The lack of communication, consistency, and overall customer care was extremely disappointing. Situations like weather delays are understandable and out of everyone’s control, but the way this was handled fell far below the standard we expected from a Disney property.
