- SNshanaily Nadal4 days ago1.0I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share this experience. The bowling lanes were in good condition, and the facility itself was fun. The only reason I’m leaving such a low rating is because of the service we received from our server, Victor. Throughout our visit, Victor repeatedly approached my friends and me in ways that made us extremely uncomfortable. He kept calling us “models” and repeatedly asked us to follow him on Facebook, claiming we would receive a friends-and-family discount if we did. We politely declined multiple times, but he continued bringing it up instead of respecting our answer. As we were getting ready to leave, he told us that if we followed him on Facebook, we wouldn’t have to tip him, and then said he wanted to be friends with us. At that point, it no longer felt like friendly customer service—it felt like harassment. We went there to enjoy a night of bowling, not to be repeatedly approached and pressured by an employee for personal social media connections. The constant comments and repeated requests made it difficult for us to relax and enjoy our time. No customer should have to feel uncomfortable or pressured by a staff member while trying to have a fun night out. Management should address this behavior so other guests don’t have a similar experience. Unfortunately, because of how uncomfortable we felt, we will not be returning.

We were told that 7 of us in the group had to be on one lane, and that we couldn’t split into 2 lanes. Since when are there 7 people on one lane??? As there were a couple of lanes that had just 2 people on each lane. Customer service guy at the desk was also very rude. Staring at his tablet and terrible eye contact. Waited for a half hour and the lanes were still available. Do not waste your time coming here.
