  Reserved a lane for Mother's Day to take my wife and mom bowling. Started out great then 1/2 way through the first game, every ball thrown was getting stuck. At first they were quick to respond getting balls returned in about 1 min but by the 7th frame of the first game (already 50 min used with only 5 people because of the wait) we talked to the manager. She moved us 2 lanes down and moved our scores at the beginning of the 9th frame. Didn't even make it through the first person in the 10th frame before again balls were stuck. Went and talked to the staff again and she gave us an extra 30 min for all the problems and called back to clear the ball jam. 18 min later and 5 trips back up to the counter the balls still were not returned. Decided we were done with trying to play since we had already been playing for almost 1.5 hours and we still hadn't finished one game. When requesting a refund for the reservation I was informed that there was nothing they could do there, it would require me to waste more time on Monday to call customer service and request a refund because it was a reservation. So pay way more to reserve a lane, get no better service for reserving, then when they can not deliver on the functionality of the lanes, they also can not refund the cost without jumping through hoops. We are part of Bowlero leagues, summer passes for the kids and multiple time customer reserving lanes but we will find another place to spend out time and money. Ruined Mother's Day for wife, mom and the family.

  Upkeep on this place has been very poor. Pins are cracked and damaged causing chips in bowling balls. Bowling ball return jamming. Damage on multiple bowling balls. Will not return and don’t recommend this place.

  My husband and I hadn’t been bowling in years, and we had so much fun here last night. Big shoutout to Chelsea behind the counter. She was so friendly and welcoming, and everything ran really smoothly. You could tell the staff was on top of it. They were constantly cleaning, sweeping, and keeping the place in great shape. There’s a nice snack counter for food and drinks. My husband grabbed a beer and I had a hard seltzer. Super easy to get set up on a lane and use the digital scorecard too, which made it even better. They also have an arcade area for kids and grown-up kids. My husband loved the punching bag. The whole place was really clean and had a fun vibe for ALL ages. We had a group of teenagers to the right of us and an older couple to the left of us and everyone was laughing and having a blast! It was busy, but there were still a few lanes open, which was nice. We’ll definitely be back soon.

  Unprofessional and dirty. They overcharged me for the lanes and number of games played. Check your receipts or prior to paying. Very dishonest and trashy.

  I went to Bowlero in Mandarin. They are dishonest about their pricing and tried to charge me $40 for a pizza and one margarita. Pricing is not displayed so make sure you ask before ordering and paying.
