- ASAmber Soracco4 days ago1.0This place SUCKS. I genuinely cannot remember the last time I had such a miserable experience somewhere that was supposed to be fun. First of all, there was NO AC. In Florida. In August. Everyone was sweating the entire night while trying to bowl. It was absolutely miserable. And it wasn’t just our group complaining. Multiple groups around us throughout the night were talking about how hot it was and how terrible their experience was too. The bar was basically a janky pop-up setup with one poor girl working completely by herself. She was doing the best she could, but she was clearly given absolutely no support. And somehow, despite that setup, I was charged $90 for TWO buckets of Surfside. Ninety dollars. For two buckets of canned drinks. Absolutely insane. Then there was the staff. With the exception of the poor girl working the bar, everyone seemed to take their job WAY too seriously and acted like they had a stick up their ass. It’s a bowling alley. People are there to have fun. Instead, the overall attitude from the staff, especially management, made the entire experience uncomfortable and unnecessarily unpleasant. The manager’s attitude was by far one of the worst parts. When your customers are already sweating in a building with no AC, your bar is understaffed, and you’re charging ridiculous prices, the LAST thing anyone needs is an attitude from management. Things break. Places get understaffed. I understand that. But when practically everyone around you is visibly miserable and complaining, maybe acknowledge that and treat your customers accordingly. I will never come back here again, and neither will the friends I was with. Based on the conversations we heard from multiple other groups throughout the night, we definitely weren’t the only ones who left feeling that way. Save your money and bowl somewhere else.

I had high hopes coming in, as the cashier was extremely lively and friendly, I thought it was weird that literally half of their lanes were off, but I keep an open mind, since this was my first time at this location. However, it was a RIP OFF❗️There’s no way “unlimited bowling” nets me 1.5hr/3 games 🙄 The lane turned off, they wouldn’t even allow me to finish the game and they still had 30 mins until closing, and my ball disappeared! I asked for help twice and despite multiple employees walking the floor, it took them almost 30 mins to return my ball! —FIRST & LAST time coming here. It’s a real shame as I bowl multiple times weekly and this alley is minutes from my house!

They did warn us though before charging which I appreciate the ethicality, luckily I did not bring a large group of people. Also I think I’ve been here a few times over the past years and the lane I arrive to does not have pins set and you have to call the service and wait 5-10 minutes for them to push the lane reset button since there is no longer a button on the lane.
- KCKate ColferAug 5, 20261.0I brought my grandkids here on Tuesday August 4. I really wanted to give this place a better review, but Debbie at the counter was the rudest, nastiest counter person! I see by your other reviews that I am not alone in saying this. I really can’t understand why you have someone like this working for you. She really put a damper on the whole day. Unfortunately, we will not be returning because even thought there have been other complaints before mine, she is obviously still there and still being her rude self!
