On Saturdays don't waste your time going in there. One guy is trying to run the whole store. It is busy but customers don't get served in the order they walk in. I was totally ignored for some reason? I overheard the manager talking to a customer about all the people he had to let go from working there. Not any of my business but changed my mind about buying a bike there for sure.

Have not had any good encounters with this store. Couple people i have spoken too do not seem to know anything and apparently give "false" information. Spoke to apparently the mechanic (I'm being told) originally about my bike, was given a total, was ordering parts. One which they couldn't order, around $150. Had a total about $426 so minus the $150 for the part I'm looking around $276.. but now being told I'm being charge for multiple installs etc and owe $360. And they did NOT have the "extra" install charges on the original amount.. All you're doing is trying to upcharge and feed people B.S. Great way to lose business trying to screw with people.

Please explain to me how one of your workers hands me a ticket for a total of $402 with parts included... Then when the $150 stem isn't able to be ordered still hit with a total of 340... And he says he'll explain it once I come in. I live over an hour away. First and last time I'll ever go to this shop. Also, generally when you order parts through a shop they don't charge for an install. Especially when you're already doing a service package. Yet I was charged to install handlebars.

I want to give a shout out to the nice lady who provided excellent customer service today. I got my tires changed today at another bike shop that I usually go to but they close early on Saturdays. This afternoon my tire blew on my manual wheelchair. I searched for bike shops that were open. The first one I called said they were too busy on Saturdays even though I had a replacement inner tube. He said come back during the week. I told him I cannot, I do not stand or walk. I will try another bike shop. I am paralyzed and am not safely able to transfer with a flat tire and cannot get around with a flat tire. I called Trek and the lady, wish I had gotten her name, said sure bring it in. Got a friend to help me get in my van and off we went. She fixed it in no time! God bless her. The wheelchair is basically my legs. She told my friend's daughter that there have been several people in the past couple of weeks with "cracked" stems. I do not know if they are the same brand I use. I just really appreciate her giving me my "legs" and independence back and hope this one does not blow too. Thank you!
