  I called on Sunday to make a reservation for kayaks the following Saturday with a Groupon. When I called the guy on the phone was extremely rude and left a bad taste in my mouth. When we showed up on Saturday, the two blonde tall men working did not have our reservation after I repeated myself about six times about what my name was what my phone number was when I called and what I booked they finally decided to let us go out, but they were also extremely rude in the way that they spoke to us. After we came back we were unsure of what was supposed to be done with the kayaks since there were zero instructions given to us, so we ultimately threw them on the dock and left them there. When we went inside for my mom to grab her keys, the two guys ignored her and Walked right past her. I’m not really sure what your guys problem is, but you are extremely rude and have lost three customers. We booked with Groupon because we wanted to try something new but now we know the next time that we kayak it will not be with you guys. Very unnecessary

  Extremely kind service and helpful, the kayak was great and directions on where to go was helpful. We had a blast and went on Groupon to get a good deal for 2 hours double seated kayak.

  my boyfriend and I did the moonlight tandem kayak on our first trip to fort lauderdale. it was such a memorable experience! Stosh was the guide and he was super nice. it was a mix of tourists and locals. i got a glow necklace and complimentary drinks. some extra glow in the dark stuff would be cool too!!

  Took my girlfriend here for our one year anniversary and we couldn't have been happier. James was our snorkel guide and he was friendly, funny, and very informative about the wildlife. Can't wait to come back.

  My daughter and I went there to try paddle boarding for the first time with a Groupon ticket. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The employee looked annoyed while explaining things. He only said “the water is there, the paddle is there, start here and come back here.” He did not explain the current, safety, or how to properly use the paddle board. We felt like they did not care about us at all. The body language and attitude made us uncomfortable. If you do not want to help Groupon customers or do not enjoy your job, maybe choose another job. I would not go back and I do not recommend this place.
