"Lamont" who claims to be a manger was extremely rude. Lamont went up to my niece and told her to remove a medium size unopened bag of chips from the table. They were charging $6.00 for a small cup of juice. My sister who is on medication could not even drink her bottle of water with her powder meds because he told her it was not allowed. We noticed that the score board was shut down even though it was paid for and "Lamont" said he shut it down because the unopened bag of chips remained on the table. His attitude was extremely rude and it was embarrassing the way he acted in front of the guest. Seriously, you can't make this up. I will never come back here again. Lucky Strike should consider giving proper training to these so called workers / managers. Very unpleasant experience. ZERO ZERO ZERO NO STARS
- DRDahlia RamirezJun 17, 20261.0We took my grandson yesterday for his bday and it was a disaster First my daughter called us to make the reservations and telling her that we booked the reservation for 10 kids and put a deposit. We would get our money back based on the people that actually showed but when we got to the bowling alley, it was a whole different story thank God we didn’t leave a deposit number two they do not have pictures of soda or juice or beer or whatever you have to buy it by the cup, which is six dollars a cup, which is ridiculous. We started bowling and one of the guest gave my son my grandson A bag of Tiki’s chips and also Some Pringles that were not opened they were just sitting on the table one of the employees walk over and tells us that I have to get rid of those chips and I explained those were one of his gifts. As a guest tried a bowl he noticed that the lien was not working the manager shut down the lane without giving us any warning because of the fact that I had not brought the closed bag of chips to my car. We thought it was because we pressed a number trying to add someone on the screening board. He told us straight out flat. No we shut it down because you did not listen to us as if though I was a child. I’m a grown adult. I should not have to tolerate this behavior from a teenager when we ask for the manager of so-called Lamont told us we needed to wait and he would give us our name when he was good and ready. Eventually, he came back and gave us a card and his name, but it very rude. I do not recommend this place for any event. They are rude. Have no manners and a highly price for the stuff that they provide.
