I was playing with a friend tonight and the manager told us that it would be $32 for two games. We clarified that it would be $32 total and not per person, and the manager affirmed. When we went to pay, we were charged $32 each in contradiction to the manager’s response to our question. Pissed because it would’ve been cheaper to pay for unlimited bowling than $64 when we explicitly asked about cost. Poorly handed by management, who claimed that it was “miscommunication.” Unacceptable when the cost is doubled

When I went up to get a lane for me and a friend for 2 games, I specifically asked if it was $32 total for 2 games for both of us and the lady at the counter said yes, then when we were done bowling, she charged us $64 for everything and said it was a miscommunication problem even though I clarified that in the beginning. This is ridiculous and was handled poorly by management as well.

We decided to try this bowling alley for the first time instead of our usual place in Bradenton. When we walked in, we were excited because the building had a really cute, vintage aesthetic that reminded us of old movies. We got our bowling shoes, opened a tab, and were told we had a server who would come to our lane.
After sitting down, we noticed our assigned server taking care of the tables right next to us and another table farther down. She made eye contact with us several times and walked past our table repeatedly without ever acknowledging us. At first, I assumed maybe she wasn’t actually our server, so I didn’t think much of it.
After waiting quite a while, I stopped another employee and asked who our server was. She pointed to the same server who had been walking past us and even gave a small laugh, confirming she was assigned to us.
The next time our server came by, she again tried to walk past us. I stopped her and asked if she was our server. She said yes, but told us she didn’t have time to help us because she had other tables. My issue wasn’t that she was busy—I completely understand servers get overwhelmed. My issue was that she ignored us from the moment we sat down. A simple “Hi, I’ll be with you as soon as I can” would have taken just a few seconds and would have made all the difference.
Feeling frustrated, I spoke with the manager and simply asked if we could have someone help us. He said someone would be over shortly. By this point, we were already halfway through our game, and I had ended up ordering food myself through the QR code at the table because no one had taken our order.
Instead of trying to resolve the situation, our assigned server came over with an attitude and immediately said that she never refused to help us, that she was just busy with other tables, and then walked away before we could even respond. When she returned a few minutes later, I calmly explained that my concern was never that she was busy—it was that she completely ignored us and never acknowledged we were there. Before I could finish speaking, she interrupted me, said, “You’re getting another server,” and walked away.
The manager ended up serving our table for the rest of our visit, and he was polite and professional.
I’m leaving this review because customer service matters. I understand restaurants and bowling alleys get busy, and I don’t expect immediate service. I do expect to be acknowledged as a customer. Being ignored while watching every surrounding table receive attentive service was disappointing and made us feel unwelcome.
I can’t say for certain why we were treated differently, but it was upsetting enough that it crossed my mind. Regardless of the reason, no customer should be made to feel invisible.
Unfortunately, despite the beautiful atmosphere, our family’s experience was overshadowed by poor service, and we won’t be returning.

I’ve been a regular league bowler here for 16 years. There has been many changes during that time mostly for the better. My late wife simply loved bowling nights and the people we associated with. Donnie the head man runs a tight ship. Employees are well trained and knowledgeable.

I recently held my bday celebration here on the 3rd and my lil brother had bought a Groupon which was good for 2-hours of bowling, 4 people and including shoes... ALL for a mere $50 or $60 he told me it was. I was state champion 🏆 back home in IL way back when and went to Nationals I/we were that good. I stopped bowling once my close cousin, (bro) was killed in freak accident (2001) and from that point on I stopped playing all sports together... Brought back memories memories I didn't plan on having.... take your family, we did the cosmic and loves every minute of it, we'll well worth it from Groupon so go look for it, restrictions in place so check before going. I think Mon-Thur in morning and afternoon it can be used. Double check on that plz... TIA
