- TTTommyJul 28, 20261.0REI - BOCA RATON . A very nasty lady manager with horrible attitude in Boca Raton location on Glades road. I used to love this store until today. However the so called manager today at 5:45 pm really pissed me off. I asked the cashier for change of a twenty. She said she couldn’t give me change. She called the manager and she stated that “this was not a bank, and I should go next door to Whole Foods.” I wanted to give a tip to someone there that helped me , but I didn’t feel I had to mention it. I now remember that this manager was also nasty the first time I went to the store and purchased a new bike. I will rethink if I will ever go back here or keep recommending people to shop here. In my opinion if the senior corporate management doesn’t fire her, it’s their fault when their business goes down the tubes. If I feel this way how many other customers also feel this way too???
