We had a great time! This spot in a nice area, the bathrooms are well maintained, and the ladies in the front are very nice. Special thanks to Kathy for taking care of us when we checked out!

When the park is full. Parking campers can be a bit tight. They have people available to help though!

Run don’t walk as far away from this resort as possible. The staff will not help you with any issues you have with your accommodations. They basically check you in and do absolutely nothing about any problems. Our resort rental had issues with things broken and in need of repair as we walked in the door. The housekeeper was the only person on her game. The whole place was dusty inside, the living room floor had a circle of top floor peeled off and missing, the awning was ripped off the unit (which had the outside night lights attached to it), the stairs going in had no lights and were absolutely dark to get up at night, and worse was the blinds that keep the heat out wouldn’t stay down so you baked inside during the daytime hours when it was a hundred degrees outside, literally! I called Cove properties on our first day with my concerns and they were calling maintenance to come, whom did on our 3rd day there and explained that every time some one checks out Management there has them doing other things on the property and they can never get to the issues that need fixed on the park models. He did install one solar light at the top of the stairs for us. He also did say that he had all the new blinds there but no time to install them. Basically we would have been better off bringing our own things and tent camping than to have rented park model VR01. Please be aware before you spend almost 2k to rent this place for a week. It will be a huge disappointment. I am attached photos of the ripped off canopy and nasty cesspool canal you will have as your view at your rental.
