Her attitude has become a recurring problem, and it’s reached the point where multiple league bowlers and other regular customers have said they no longer want to come to this bowling alley because of their interactions with her. Even when we’ve made an effort to be friendly and start with a clean slate, she responds with a negative and disrespectful tone. Customer service should make people feel welcome, not drive them away. I will also be following up with a corporate email, as I know others have reported similar concerns without any apparent action being taken. I sincerely hope this issue is addressed before more loyal customers choose to take their business elsewhere.
- DBDustin BJul 26, 20262.0I spent well over $100 at this location and will say I don’t think I’ll be going back. I love bowling and i haven’t gone bowling since I moved here to Florida in 2023. It was just 2 of us trying to have a date night and instead of going to the club we thought bowling. I mean they have music, lights, and even advertised an “After Party”. We got there a little early before the after party was supposed to start so we thought 9pm it would be a party. Waited while employees walked by us behind the counter like we were a bother to serve(took 10 mins for someone to do a 2 min transaction since I already reserved in advanced).We were there for 2 hours bowling till almost 11 pm and there wasn’t a party and if that’s what a party is considered at these establishments I can see why bowling isn’t so popular anymore. We felt like we got scammed for the party part. Music you couldn’t even hear, drinks that were astronomically high priced ($6) for a fountain soda that was watered down), nothing was glowing because they were playing Superman Movie, the news, and sports channel on the TVs so the marking in the lanes couldn’t see. Website advertised it as suppose to be fun and that is not what we had yesterday. What happened to the music, what happened to the lights, why were the lanes nasty looking, why is location is the nicest part of down and is trashy when you walk in. If I wanted to drink, watch sports or movie or the NEWS on a projection, and barley hear music, I could have gone to the bar and spent less money. Do better because I don’t have any faith in your locations now after Covid. Why a big franchise company like you has a crappier environment than a mom and pop that caters to their community and gives them the After Party so much better your company likes to give their customers spending that much money. Bowling is dying and it’s because of your company over charging people so much they can’t afford to go be a family anymore.
