  I had a fantastic experience getting my bike serviced here. The mechanics are highly skilled, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. They took the time to diagnose the issues properly and explained the maintenance work needed without trying to upsell unnecessary parts. The turnaround time was quick, the pricing was very reasonable, and my bike rides smoothly and feels brand new again. This is definitely my go-to shop for any future tune-ups or repairs. Exceptional service!

  I went to the Trek location in Altamonte Springs to shop for an XL size bike for myself. I spoke with Kevin at first then went back several days later and worked with Tyler. Both Tyler and Kevin explained to me the merits and features of the bicycle I was looking at. They were very patient and answered all my questions and offered insight regarding the features of the bicycle. I did purchase the bicycle on my second visit, and Leo spent time with me as did Tyler in setting up the shift and Brake controllers to the optimum location for me. I'm a big guy and I have big hands and having them move the controllers to the appropriate spots made it much more comfortable for me. Very professional and very polite and patient customer service. I highly recommend this location and these people if you're in the market for a new bicycle or if you have one that needs service. Thanks guys, I've already started to enjoy my new ride.
