  Yesterday, August 12th, I visited your store hoping to gather more information about the Trek FX1 Hybrid. Kristopher greeted me and quickly showed me the Dark Star bike I had called about the night before after speaking with Jim. Kristopher set me up for a test ride, and off I went. When I returned to the shop, he had an FX3 set up in a bike stand so we could compare the two models. We reviewed the information together, and I then had the opportunity to test ride the FX3. It was immediately clear how different the ride was, and I would be willing to increase my budget to purchase the FX3. I’m writing to share how much I appreciate great customer service! Kristopher was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. I can tell you that my bike research and experiences visiting other stores have not come close to the level of customer service I received at your store. It was refreshing to be treated so well and to have someone take the time to make sure I understood my options. I want to thank Kristopher and Jim. They made a very positive impression and for such a great experience

  I went to Trek to get my bike serviced after it had been sitting in storage for a few years. The guys at the store were very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. They answered all of my questions, as I was unsure of which service package was best for my needs, and took excellent care of my bike. When I went to pick it up, they even helped me load it on my rack! 10/10 service!

  This Trek store is well run by friendly people. I was able to try 2 bikes in their large parking lot, and they would have been glad to help me try more. Lisa and Chris were very helpful and they both stayed a bit past closing on 2 seperate days to help me decide and put accessories on the purchase I ended up making.
