  I used to always love coming to Rock Manor for a round of golf. Yesterday's round was the most miserable round of golf I have played in a long time. It was 5 hour and 20 minute round, the tee boxes were awful, the fairways were awful, the bunkers had no sand. The greens are okay but have a ton of pitch marks. On the positive side the rough was healthy.

  Nice course. The food and drink are great and the cost is very low.

  $65 senior rate during the week seems high. Greens are nice. Many of the tees are chewed up. They really need to make hybrid tees. A few forced carries are just out of reach for older players.

  great course. great value? no. way too much for what it is. cart paths in great shape, best i have ever seen? maybe. cheaper options available close by that are just as good. no carts in the parking lot. fyi.
