Our game time had ended. Everyone else in the league was gone. This was my 7-year-olds first time bowling. It ended in tears because the staff is simply that dismissive and lazy. 9 balls were not releasing between 2 lanes. It took 25 minutes for them to send someone to release them. Including my personal ball. We had the choice of waiting or losing my $200 custom drilled ball. We absolutely will not ever return to any lucky strike after this horrendous experience.

- MHMarco HMay 30, 20265.0Vibey bowling alley on the weekend. Easy check in experience as we got fitted for our shoes and guided promptly to our lanes. Made a Rez but it wasn’t too packed fortunately. Our server Alondra was fantastic. Always attentive and was quick to ask us for refills or if we need anything else. The lane held up at one point but she was on it and had us back up in no time. The food was actually really good. Chefs kiss to the lucky strike kitchen. Got some wings, mozzarella sticks, and really good tacos. Would honestly just come to eat. Recommend this location as it was also cleaner than other bowling alleys I’ve been to.
