I had an excellent experience with Jacob at Trek. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. He even went above and beyond by helping me install an accessory that I had purchased elsewhere. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to help. Jacob is an excellent salesperson and provided outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend him!

Everyone is very helpful. One of the employees was nice enough to hook me up with something from the back/used stock when my budget was tight. Team is knowledgeable and passionate about bikes. Would recommend 👍

Great repair and customer service. Tyler and the staff in bike service department took ownership of a troublesome wheel repair on my ebike. Found the issue and had the wheel ready to go, same day.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this Trek store. I’ve been a loyal customer for quite some time and own two Trek bikes, so I’ve always had a positive impression of the brand and this store. During our recent visit, my child was playing in the kids’ area and became very attached to one of the toys there. When it was time to leave, she absolutely refused to leave without it. I asked the staff if we could simply borrow the toy for a short time and bring it back later. I fully understood that it belonged to the store, but given the situation, I was hoping they could make a small exception. Unfortunately, they refused. I spent quite a while trying to convince my child to leave the toy, but nothing worked. Eventually, I had to take it away from her, which resulted in a terrible meltdown. Of course, the store was technically within its rights to say no, and I understand they are not obligated to lend out toys. But as a long-time customer who has purchased two bikes from Trek, I was really disappointed that there was no willingness to help or find some kind of solution over something so small. Sometimes good customer service is about more than simply following the rules. A little flexibility and empathy would have meant a lot to me in that moment. Unfortunately, this experience really changed how I feel about this store.
