- SSScorpPlayzAug 26, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at Bowlero West Covina. I had a voucher that had already been successfully redeemed/accepted at other Bowlero locations, but the employee helping me refused to even try scanning or checking it because I hadn’t purchased it more than 24 hours ago. I explained that other Bowlero locations had accepted the exact same type of voucher without an issue, and I wasn’t demanding that she honor it. I simply asked her to scan it and see whether it would work. She refused to even attempt it and gave me a hard time instead of trying to help resolve the situation. I understand if there are policies employees have to follow, but refusing to even check the voucher when other locations have had no problem with it was unnecessarily frustrating and poor customer service. Management should make sure employees are consistent about voucher policies and at least make an effort to help customers before immediately turning them away.

- P6PROFIT 626Jul 27, 20261.0So if you make an online order and you wait for it for thirty to forty five minutes, be sure to show the clerk desk compassion cauze if not they'll make u wait longer also they require 2 ids not one when ordering a pitcher there supposedly i honestly think that I pissed off the female manager to the point where she didn't even recognize that the order had been made and because I caught her off guard, when asking for the order that was late she then asked for my id, because if my id was truly needed, it would have been asked for at the time of the pizza being brought.Well, this was argued for about twenty minutes between me and the supposed manager.Who's a chubby guy with glasses and wears a plaid buttoned upbor the female with piercings, but everyone here is not doing their job cause even she entered my intial order as one game i paid 100$ for 3 how u mess that up then, get but hurt and want to ask for my I.D and say that you're supposed to when you know you're not, you're just doing it because you're being petty, and because I called them out on it, they even gave me three free games, even though they brought my stuff out at hour later and caused the argument over it... petty people in management beware the only reason nobody said anything about it is because they are too old or don't wanna upset anyone or don't want to have their food withheld from them
