- MFMatthew F2 days ago5.0Great staff. Wouldn't sell me a driver until I got my swing worked out. They gave me my information to take to a swing coach. I'm 13 handicap and said the driver wasn't the issue and not to change it until I fixed my swing. I will be back for all my clubs going forward.
- CGChristopher GaoAug 13, 20265.0Kepler’s was an amazing fitting experience and I’m so glad I decided to go there. I initially went to a chain store and the experience just wasn’t there. The fitter misspoke on several metrics/factors (handed me midsized grips without realizing when I was standard) and just wasn’t as engaged and proactive. I had a gut feeling I wasn’t fit properly. Kyle was incredible - knowledgeable, patient, and offered advice when he could tell I was stuck between a few choices. I was torn between 3 options that had nearly identical numbers and Kyle let me come back another day to hit them again. I truly felt that Kepler’s had the best intentions for a fitting experience and prioritized making sure I was confident and excited about the choice I made. The feeling of the shop is noteworthy as well. A smaller space with massive inventory and full of employees who were so kind and knowledgeable. There was no upcharge and the transparency on pricing made the buying experience so easy and comfortable.

Their work stands out for its quality, and you can tell they really know their way around golf gear and repairs. They offer some services you don't always see at other places, and they really pay attention to the little things, which I appreciate. The staff was friendly, answered my questions, and made everything straightforward. My only gripe is that the communication about available options and special requests could be clearer. If they made sure everyone was always on the same page, it would take the whole experience up a notch. Still, I'd come back if I need more work done in the future.
