And their bicycle selection is garbage. Open Air rules. If you don’t know, before TREK decided to show up Open Air was the only authorized TREK dealer. Do your homework. - KBKenny BurnettMay 10, 20265.0Big shout out to the tech that helped me yesterday at the Trek Bike Shop in Ventura. Had some issues with the tubeless tire setup on my new e-mtb (that was purchased elsewhere). He was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. Ended up having the rim re-taped. He did an excellent job and gave me tips on getting the tire mounted when I got home. Service like this is rare these days and needs to be rewarded. A comparable Trek bike is quite a bit more expensive than the one I just purchased. But when I do upgrade again you can be that I'll be visiting this dealer. The extra money spent will be worth it. Also note that I had gone in a few days before this visit and had gotten similarly friendly service from another tech. I work in retail and can spot good service culture and this shop has it. Sorry I didn't get names, but please convey my appreciation. Thank you!!!
