I had a great experience in the store today! My binding had fallen off my snowboard and I had lost the screw the last time I boarded. I brought it in and one of the nice workers put my board right up, put the strap back on, and checked and tightened all the screws! I was a little stressed getting to the mountain today without a functional board but was super stoked to be safely on my way in just a few mins.! Will definitely be back to check out some of the awesome gear in the shop.

Awesome team! Alex helped me pick out the right pair of bindings and even installed them.

Steph T was great! Checked my bindings and ladders and gave me advice about some other damage on the board. Really helped put my mind at ease

My Union bindings lost some hardware that the staff was beyond helpful and efficient at getting me going again. In no time at all the staff member Jules had me fixed and out the door to enjoy my day. When I returned the next day he was just as helpful with insight to boots. The store has everything you could need

Good spot for snowboarder's needs. GF bought thirtytwo boots from Sportsbasement in the Bay Area on our way up to Lago Tahoe from Santa Cruz. The ones she choose turned out to be too tight. Butter box had the same boot in a different color in the larger size for only a slight markup of a few dollars. Kudos Butterbox for not gauging on the boots. AND GF is happy. Cheers!
