- NPNikita PetrovichSep 28, 20265.0Kevin from Bike Repair/Rental Shop and the rest of the staff members were amazing! Helped me replace a broken chain, did a quick tune-up, and provided helpful tips! Amazing to have such a piece of mind knowing that you can get help needed with your bike while riding Northstar!
- JMJorge MarquezSep 20, 20265.0Had a downhill mountain bike lesson with Reed who not only knows how to ride very well but passed along many tips and techniques to up my game. Very friendly soul too.
- SWShannon WozniakAug 22, 20265.0The small service shop associated with the bike rentals has gotten my kid out of a jam on numerous occasions during race season. Today he broke a pedal and the shop dug through spare parts to find him a loaner he could use to finish out the race. No charge, just a friendly “good luck” from the two staff (I think George and Cole?) who helped him.
- JKjohn kingAug 10, 20265.0helped with the bike, and were great people!
- IPIvan PimentelDec 31, 20242.0Completely overpriced for the bad quality. The board was nice, the boots were bad (the exact same as the ones rented out at the “average” store) and the bindings were horrible and might have qualified as demo 10 years ago!
