- ESEmily SoverelJun 8, 20265.0I originally had some issues with prior management with my credits and their strict door policy with no grace for late entry which nabbed some friends I had convinced to come. However, I'm back recently and the owner has set it right. I just took classes with Henry and Fernando who were friendly high energy trainers that did a great job. Also I was pleased to see a few people who got hung up on the Sunnyvale Wine Festival road closures weren't turned away because they were a little late. The class is good HIT workout and the boxing is cathartic. I enjoy the format and bouncy music. If you like it, its worth buying your own gloves, especially if you're a woman with small hands that types for a living. Check out the Hayabusa S4 or and T3 which run a bit more narrow.

It felt like a party, the music was bumping and it helped energize us for a great workout! The combo of the boxing and weights was challenging but we had a great time! My son told me he wants to be a trainer some day - he was so inspired! Next time we’re in town, we will definitely be coming back!
