I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years, and I don’t know what happened to the quality of service in the past 3 months. When I brought this up to the front desk staff they told me that things happen that are out of their control - I don’t know how it’s only in the last 3 months that the studio is so mismanaged? 2 stars instead of 1 because the instructors are great and it’s not their fault :(
