- PDPeter D4 days ago5.0Thank you for doing the bike chains and derailleurs workshop. I've learned a lot even as an experienced bike rider. Hands on workshop is way better than YouTube videos. REI bike mechanic Gakwee answered all our questions about the derailleurs and chain maintenance. Keep doing the great job!

Staff will take a 15 minute break after helping one customer. The only counter works so hard trying to help the poor souls in line.

The store is will laid-out and clean. There is tons of parking outside. The only reason I am going with 4 stars is that the children's section is tiny and is barely worth having. I really wish they expanded it a little, even if they doubled the size it would still be fairly small.

It’s not that the staff were rude, but they just acted like robots, only doing exactly what they were told. On top of that, they kept aggressively pushing me to become a member. They failed to do what I had requested, excused it by saying they were short-staffed, and never contacted me on the scheduled date. Even when I reached out to inquire, I received no response. Since this is an expensive purchase, I am filled with anxiety. I dealt with three different staff members, but none of them gave me any peace of mind. All I can do is sigh.
