Sehr gut Verbindung mit der BART-Bahn nach San Francisco. Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Großer Stellplatz auf Asphalt. Haben uns auch Abends sicher gefühlt.

Treasure Island RV is a very professionally run park. I found their reservation team very responsive. Their facilities are clean. There is a great laundry room with multiple washers and dryers, all of which seem to be in working order and super clean. It is an in city RV park, so you're not going to get grassy parks, but if you need to be near the city and want a reasonable rate, it's a great location.

Another stay confirmed that Henry’s super power is client satisfaction…Thank You! In addition to an exceptionally clean park, the nearby stores and restaurants are within a short walk. The more I stay here, the more I like it. Kudos to Henry and staff for working with us when finalizing our schedule. Stayed 3 nights and found the park to be quiet and an easy place to rest. The bathrooms had plenty of hot water and were clean.

Extremely bad experience renting here. 2 bookings, a couple weeks in total. The property manager Henry is unreachable, does not keep regular office or phone hours, and takes several days to reply to emails, this could be acceptable but unfortunately the reservation management system they use is unreliable and does not allow customers to easily change the start / end date of their reservations. I asked to extend my reservation via email the day and night before my checkout, office was unreachable so I sent an email. Email was not replied to until post checkout, when I got a message saying to contact SFPD because my RV had been towed to make room for another reservation. Keep in mind the property is probably at 50% or so utilization, and there were 2 empty spots right next to me. Naturally I freaked out and immediately called, unsurprisingly they still weren’t reachable, replied via email and Henry walked back his statement and said to “not worry about it” without addressing next steps. He proceeded to be very defensive when I gave him critical feedback about he handles customer interactions. Do not do business with Treasure Island mobile home and RV park unless you are willing to deal with unreachable, rude, and inflexible office managers like Henry that will make empty statements about your RV being towed without regard for customer satisfaction or future business.
