Had an excellent experience getting new boots with Jennifer! She was very knowledgeable, took her time to go through all of my options, and made me feel confident in my purchase!
Kristen and Cassie were amazing! We had a reservation at the other location and they had a problem fulfilling our reservation. Kristen and Cassie were able to help us out despite it being 7pm on Saturday and them being short staff. If you need ski rentals go to them they are great!

AMAZING experience! They helped us put on our ski boots and were a huge help teaching us about our process. Chip and Jen were so friendly and helpful though out the whole thing. They even gave us chocolate on our way out. HOW SWEET! Thank you for the amazing experience!

Super friendly and informative staff! Would highly recommend using them if you are staying near the Heavenly gondola. Delivered my skis hassle free and on time my first morning in and I was on the slopes shortly after breakfast! Even came right back with an alternate helmet after I discovered my first one didn’t fit quite right with my googles.
I rarely come across a situation where it warrants writing a review, but my recent trip to Tahoe included one; my rental experience with Richard at Heavenly Sports. From the moment we walked into the store, to the very last time we returned our skis at the end of our rental, we were greeted and helped by Richard in a meaningful and thoughtful way. The first time we encountered Richard was the night of boot fitting and rental adjustments. He took an extraordinary amount of time with us to really figure out what we needed and how to set us up for success during our trip. The service felt very personalized, more than any other rental experience I've ever had. After my first day on the mountain, I was struggling with gear, came back, talked with Richard, and he showed me some tips to help solve some of my challenges...above and beyond my expectations. I could go on and on about every encounter we had, but I'll just leave it at this; thank you. Thank you for taking care of us, caring about our experience, and being a voice of guidance.
