  I am a ski instructor at Heavenly, but I have to say each year I continue to be impressed by Heavenly Sports in the California Base Lodge. I had the wonderful experience of meeting Natalie today and she went out of her way to help me find my receipt for a pair of goggles that I purchased in December. One of the lenses is defective and Natalie searched for my receipt in several ways. When I came back to the shop after working, ready to tell her that I would go home and see if I could find the receipt, she told me there was good news and she figured out a way to find it and she printed it out for me. I can't leave a review without giving a shoutout to Ali, who has steered me towards skis that I absolutely love and installed new boot heaters in my boots, even though she thought it might be really difficult. The boot heaters work better than any I have ever purchased and I've been buying boot heaters since the 1990's. JC also deserves praise as an excellent boot fitter and for boot repair. And he's a really nice guy as well. Also, if you are in the market for ski clothes or accessories, this is the place to go and at this time of year, there are great sales as well!

  My snowboard broke on the mountain at the beginning of my trip, so I desperately needed a new board. JC took excellent care of me. He helped me buy a new board (which is the BEST board I’ve ever ridden on). He even removed my bindings from my broken board and installed them onto my new board so I could get back on the mountain ASAP. He also installed a track pad onto the new board for me. I highly recommend this shop for any gear needs!

  Alli and Emily are the best! Super helpful and went the extra mile to fix a boot problem that no other ski shop had been able to fix :)
