  Way too worried about "getting out on time". We came in with 4 people at 10:45pm and had plenty of time for two games as we usually keep a good pace. They refused to let us pay for two games even though we said it's ok if we don't get to finish as long as we can play until close. They said just come back and add a game... When we tried to do that with 45 minutes left to close they said oh we will only charge you for 3 people because you probably won't get to finish. We again said we don't care as long as we get to play until close. We then got cut off 15 minutes before closing because we "only paid for 3 people" and they refused to let us finish our game or pay for the last 15 minutes. We then watched the last two groups bowl all the way until closing which was super frustrating.

  Honestly would not recommend for elementary school kids. Bumpers are not ALLOWED if your kids are taller than 56 in. So my 9 and 11 yo were not allowed bumpers and were discouraged and quickly stopped having fun as they three gutters for every throw. Seems fine if your kiddos are under 56. Age limits seem more appropriate to ensure a family friendly experience for kids.

  Lots of fun, easy to get a lane during open bowl. Friendly staff.

  When my friend and I came in to bowl we encountered a woman at the desk stating that she was the manager. She announced a new policy regarding the fee which was fine, what wasn't fine was the way she did it. She was incredibly rude and snarky!! We have been coming once a week for the past couple of years but feel we are no longer welcome and we have no desire to return. We left without bowling.
