It's the perfect workout for someone who wants to up their cardio but hates cardio lol and with Coach Jaime in your corner what's not to love. I've gained so much strength having my girl motivating me to grab heavy weights and do hard things. It's also perfect for days when need to let out some steam (which is often). I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend and we always love new faces in the 6am breakfast club.

The staff and instructors are incredibly friendly and motivating, and I appreciate that they walk around during class to help correct your form. Rumble Boxing is a great option if you’re looking for a group HIIT workout to get some movement into your day. The classes lean more toward cardio than technical boxing, which is exactly what I expected. The only downside is that it can get pretty busy on weekends. When classes are fully booked, the space can feel a bit tight, so you just have to stay aware of those around you. However, the fact that it gets so busy shows me how many people love Rumble. Overall, I really enjoy this studio and plan to keep coming back.
