  We absolutely love our experience at North County Trek! Wendy, the manager, and the entire staff have been amazing—so friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely attentive. We bought two e-bikes from them and had such a great experience that we recommended the store to our brother. He ended up buying an e-bike too! 😊 We will definitely continue recommending North County Trek to our family and friends. The customer service is top-notch, and they truly make you feel like they care. And a special shout-out to Wendy—kudos to you! You’re awesome, and we appreciate everything you’ve done for us.   Wendy was super knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and professional. She patiently explained the differences between a few bikes. Talked components. Listened to my quandary and made suggestions based on what I wanted to do with bike. After demoing a model without pressure, I returned to more questions. She spent time researching different scenarios. I definitely felt valued and heard. It definitely seemed that she wanted to best for me.

  This store has lots to offer. They got cheap variety of options, parts, gears for non-Trek cyclist/customers. Beyond that, their technicians are so knowledgable and always quick with any service you have specially NATALIE! Thank you so much!

  Excellent Service at Trek San Marcos! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I brought my bike into Trek San Marcos with a few issues, and they ultimately took such great care of me and my bike. There were a couple of little timing glitches along the way, but the end result was absolutely worth it—the bike was completed perfectly and came back with all of the improvements it needed. Wendy, the manager, was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, professional, and easy to work with, and she handled everything with such ease. Chelsea, the service mechanic who worked on my bike, did a fantastic job, and Natalie was also very helpful throughout the process. What really impressed me was that they even took the time after hours to make sure I could get my bike back with everything completed properly. That level of care really says something about the people who work there. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience. Trek San Marcos has some truly great people on their team, and I really appreciate everyone who took the time to get my bike right. Thank you, Trek San Marcos! 🚲❤️

  Trek Bicycle of North County has an amazing Team. The location is very clean and well maintained and organized. The staff very friendly and extremely helpful. They really know their products and how to advise for service and products. Quality of their bikes is the best and the inventory is also amazing. We bought two bikes there in the last year and we are extremely happy with them. Definitely advise anyone looking for a bike at any level, Trek Bicycle North County is the place to go.
