- ASAravinth Subramanian5 days ago3.0Disappointing experience. Hardly anybody on the floor to help in the men’s shoes section. Easily have to spend a couple of hours given how it takes 30 minutes every time to get any help. That said, this appears to be a common thing across all REIs. At least one more store - the Mountain View - was equally disappointing. So maybe this is the new norm.
- AFAly F.Aug 16, 20261.0Good location but horrible customer service. I felt no one wanted to be there. Would rather go to Sunnyvale.
- PLPete LovecchioAug 13, 20265.0The staff was friendly and helpful. I needed a tra El bCkpa k, with a travel sleeve. While not in abundance, I did find one (Osprey Daylite). The staff assured me that I could return the item within a year, if I found a better item that suits me better. They were helpful and foresightful.
