- JWJudy WongSep 30, 20263.0My return was quick and easy for an item ordered online!
- JDJ DSep 28, 20265.0Got everything you need to camp and back pack but the prices are a lil high.
- TTTKSep 28, 20261.0I used to like REI before they kept union busting
- HHHowieSep 27, 20262.0Don’t buy bikes or at least Brompton from this REI, as they were absolutely clueless about the bikes. Went through 3 different sales associates and none was able to even fold or unfold the bike properly… One associate “jokingly” told me that I “should have done more research before coming,” which I don’t find funny at all :)
- TTTony TaylorSep 16, 20265.0After a disappointing experience at the Berkeley location, Ty (& another employee in backpacks whose name I didn't get) at the SF store really turned around my opinion of REI. They were patient and thorough and genuinely friendly during our interactions. Highly recommend this location!
