I left when they couldn’t find someone to unlock the bikes for a test ride after asking several different employees for help. I was disappointed since this store seemed to be well stocked and well staffed. Maybe the employees are just lazy. Go to sports basement or mikes bikes if you want to actually get help. Not sure why anyone would go to this REI other than to return items purchased online.

Usually the selection is awful and I leave with nothing special. Considering SF is a hotspot for this style of attire and accessories I’d expect more from this location.
