Awful service and SHADY business! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We ordered a meal at 5:00 pm, the food did not show up until 6:45 pm. Several times we tried to have the bartender check on the food, they refused to even go to the kitchen and look. By the time the waiter brought the food to our table, everything was ice cold. I asked if he could microwave it and warm up our food and was told the kitchen had been closed for an hour and that he wouldn't heat our food up. Rather, he insisted several times that the house manager would give us a FULL refund. Well, when the manager came up, she only refunded HALF of our order! Initially she tried to only refund me $21 on a $120 bill, when I mentioned that was incorrect, she got an attitude, ran my card and told me to wait a few days, well she only refunded $65!

Bowling is okay, staff was weird and rude, and arcade had broken systems but generally was okay. Overall, not great and would not come again

Had a below average experience here after attempting to celebrate my best friend's birthday. The bartender ID checked her and didn't acknowledge her birthday until she mentioned it, which happens I guess. For some reason they weren't cooking half of the items on the menu (very disappointing). The worst part was when the bartender changed the Giants game to the Fifa soccer game, at that point it was playing on ALL of the TV screens. So we almost felt forced to watch it which sucked.

Server told us to “order online or just get out” literally. I asked why and he simply ignored us. Do not recommend, this is the worst service we’ve ever had in SF.

Specifically for the bar on 6/13– came with a friend to watch the NBA finals. Sat down at the bar the beginning of the 2nd quarter and the bartender did not approach us until right after halftime for us to be able to order two beers and two waters. We actually had to flag him down and after a few attempts were successful. Got the beers, never got the waters. He never came back to see if we wanted anything else after we got our beers and we were there for another hour and a half. The bar was not busy, especially after most people left to go the Giants game. And it wasn’t just us— the bartender and anyone working there just flat out ignored the people sitting at our end of the bar. The couple sitting next to me had to try and wave him down about five times before they could get their bill. I’ve lived in the Bay Area since 2009 and this was the worst service I’ve ever had at a bar or restaurant. Made sense why it wasn’t too busy on a Giants game night PLUS game four of the NBA finals.
